Project description:

Especially for high mountain conditions, high concentration and high altitude difference of the Yalunjiang mine, HGBZ70.15.320G model industrial conical valve pump was developed. The technology of synchronous control of parallel large throughput gold valves and hydraulic buffering of large flow with high back pressure is applied. A large-volume energy battery is installed on the output pipeline to smooth out back pressure peaks, which solved the problems of strong reverse impact and hydroshock in high-power systems. This is the first such case in China. The lifting height when pumping up exceeds 500 m, the performance of the system is 60–80 m³/h.

Project results:

Record height difference for transporting pasta in China to date. The project was awarded the First Prize of China Non-ferrous Metallurgy Association for scientific and technological achievements in 2023.
