New Materials Center Description

The New Materials Center was established in January 2021 and is a key component of Flywing’s integrated deployment in the mining industry, specializing in the development of environmentally friendly binders for mining. The center seeks to solve customer problems such as high cost of laying and low strength of laying masses, thanks to innovation. Various environmentally friendly binders for mountain lining have already been developed, and it is also possible to customize the binders individually to meet specific tasks according to customer needs and available waste. This effectively solves problems such as low early tail strength, large volumes of binders for coal lining and high lining costs. The company has advanced paste lining research laboratory, using professional equipment and scientific methods to conduct a wide range of research in this field. Experiments include physicochemical property analysis, flocculation and sedimentation tests, mixing tests, ring tube tests, and semi-mountain field tests, providing a solid foundation for the design, construction, and operation of paste lining systems.
