·  All-encompassing: One-stop service covering pre-sales, sales, and after-sales.

·  All-inclusive: Full lifecycle service coverage for filling equipment or systems.

·  Around-the-clock: 24/7 service, 365 days a year, for users worldwide.

Ds:

1. Defined Personnel: Assign service engineers according to service areas for dedicated service;

2. Defined Responsibilities: Specify the service responsibilities and duties of service engineers for users;

3. Defined Quantity: Determine a reasonable workload or number of users for service engineers, balancing workload to ensure all service work is planned and sustainable;

4. Defined Location: Service engineers are responsible for relatively fixed locations or areas, with no changes unless exceptional circumstances arise, ensuring lifelong service.


Five “R”s:

1. Rapid Response: Immediate response to service needs, prioritizing remote guidance;

2. Rapid Arrival: Use the fastest transportation to reach the site and provide service;

3. Rapid Fault Resolution: Deploy skilled service teams to quickly resolve faults or issues;

4. Rapid Supply: Proactive preventive service, with planned organization of service spare parts and system upgrade materials;

5. Rapid Inquiry Response: Address any user queries with professional communication from engineering design, technical research and development, manufacturing, procurement logistics, filling materials, filling processes, and system debugging teams.
