Project description:

Paste cemented lining is used. Tails and empty rock from adjacent areas are used as material, which are pumped into the slaughter by an industrial pump. The innovative solution was to use 20,000 tons of granulated slag produced annually by the smelter as an additional large filler.

Project results:

Reduce tail dumping, increase tail storage life, eliminate environmental pollution by slag waste. The project was awarded the Grand Prize of the China Gold Association for scientific and technological achievements.
