Technology of geopolymer materials based on red earth and nano – coal mine of the RMK group of Indonesia

The main material for creating high-performance roads from red earth in the customer's field was a material that allowed to build model roads with "zero use of external fillers". The 300-metre-long and 10-metre-wide experimental road has a maximum mud depth in the rainy season of up to 0.6 metres, which is the worst section of the entire road web in the field. Since the initial foundation was soft and unstable, a two-layer construction was decided: the lower layer is 30 cm thick and the upper layer is 35 cm. The average consumption of cement was 8-10%, the amount of nanomaterials is only 0.3-0.5%, the rest is the original red earth taken in place.
