Project Description:

The first in Central Asia paste laying system with a mixture of full tails and crumbs. Key equipment includes the HGBS100.15.320 industrial liner pump and an 18m diameter deep cone thickener. Productivity of the system is 80 m³/h, transport distance — 1300 m, annual volume of laying — 260 000 m³.

Project results:

Thanks to the single-stage compaction of full tails in a deep cone condenser, the problem of high cost caused by the previously used technology of press-filtration of tails was solved.
