Project description:

The first full-tail paste lining project in Hunan Province. Single-stage thickening technology is used in a deep cone thickener in combination with new binding materials developed by FENY. The mass concentration of the liner is 70%-74%, the performance of the system is 80-120 m³ / h.

Project results:

Comprehensive cost of bookmarking reduced by more than 20%. The project was awarded the First Prize of China Non-ferrous Metallurgy Association for scientific and technological achievements in 2020.
